Workout and nutrition programs are all customized. There is no one-size-fits-all program. Everyone's body is different, our metabolism, how we digest & everything. Programs that are tailored to your body are the most effective to achieve your goals
I will teach how you can create an effective workout program for your future goals
Nutrition coaching is also included. I will teach you how to count macros and eat without restricting any foods to get to your goals. Also on topics like how to lose fat, gain muscles, reverse diet, etc.
You will be able to learn how to be independent for your future goals, so you don't have to rely on me!

How does personal training work?
Fill in application. Once you submit, I will reply ASAP and we can schedule a time for you to come into the gym for a free consultation.
During the consultation, we will have a physical assessment, also discuss your goals, programs, etc. Then, we will be booking our first training session together.
During the training session, I will guide you through warmup, workout and warm-down. I will be checking your forms and teaching you the importance of each exercise and why we do it.
We will have online check-ins once a week to evaluate your energy levels, nutrition, sleep, weight, any changes in physique, etc. to see if we need any adjustments. We can increase the number of check-ins for more accountability if you'd like. For any questions or concerns, shoot me a message anytime.
You are what you eat! Nutrition is the most important when it comes to health to building the body you want. Nutrition coaching is provided. Learn how to eat in order to reach your goals, how to track macros, how to eat in order to sustain your goal and more!
Understand that learning about your body, building a healthy lifestyle, reaching your final goal takes more than 4 weeks. So please don't expect to have your goal accomplished within 4 weeks.
